Using only imported Caputo 00 flour, DiMarco Pinsa flour and San Marzano DOP tomatoes for all our pizzas and sauces, discerning guests can choose between traditional wood fired or Pinsa Romana pizza. In fact, Joe’s Italian Kitchen is proud to be Canada’s first certified Pinsaria.
Complimenting the imported flour and tomatoes, we locally-source only the finest ingredients for our antipasti, insalata, pasta, and pizzas. Our goal is to bring you a diverse menu that not only preserves, but elevates hearty dishes that showcase the essence of Italian cuisine.
